  • Only one project at a time. You can have many projects in a queue, but only one will be worked on at any given time.

  • Only one “user” from your organization to provide content and direction.

  • Look to us to provide an average of three-day turnaround for most projects. Some projects, like logos, websites, booklets, and more will take more time.

  • You will provide text and images for each project.

  • We’ll use Trello to schedule, prioritize, and manage your projects.

  • Outside services will be an additional cost. This can include printing, custom illustration, copy writing, and custom photography (including stock images).

  • You will be billed on a 31-day cycle. When the office is closed for a week’s vacation - I pause and add that time to your time!

  • And a bonus - few if any meetings!

This intermediate level provides more comprehensive graphic design services, catering to businesses or individuals with moderate design needs. This is for a company that has multiple projects happening every month. For medium-sized companies and non-profits with a marketing or development pro and have always wanted an in-house designer.

  • Includes copywriting.

How will it work?

You’ll provide your brand assets - logo(s), fonts, colors, and any illustrations or photos. Maybe even some past projects (or a competitor’s!) as reference for what you’re expecting.

Together we’ll create a brand profile for you, if you don’t already have one. This saves you time in creating design briefs.

Each project will need specifics in order to happen quickly:

  • Project name.

  • Who is this intended for? (Target Audience)

  • How will they see it? (Print? Web? Packaging? Mailing?)

  • What is the deliverable? (Business card? Flyer? Poster? Web header? Web site? Social media graphic?)

  • What are the specifications? (Dimensions, page count, etc. What file types do the end result need to be?)

  • Describe the project? (What should it look like?)

  • You’ll provide any text. (Or at least a “first pass” at the text required for each project).

  • What do you want them to do? (Your call to action).

  • What is the timeline/deadline? (Most projects happen in 24-48 hours. Larger, more complex projects like logos, websites, and packaging can take weeks).
